These terms govern your use of the Wellbeing Solved platform, website, and related services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Platform Use
The Wellbeing Solved platform is licensed for use by the subscribing organisation and its employees. Licences are non-transferable and may not be shared with individuals outside the organisation.
Clarity Day
The Clarity Day is a fixed-price consultancy service. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of payment. Cancellations made more than 5 working days before the session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 5 working days' notice are not refundable but may be rescheduled once.
Subscriptions
Platform subscriptions are billed annually in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date.
