Refund Policy
Clarity Day
Cancellations made more than 5 working days before the scheduled Clarity Day are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations with less notice are not refundable but may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.
Platform Subscriptions
Annual platform subscriptions are non-refundable after the start of the subscription period. If you cancel during the year, your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Platform Trial
The 60-day platform trial included with the Clarity Day carries no obligation to purchase. No payment is taken automatically at the end of the trial period.
