Embed supports the first 90 days.
The platform is an optional annual subscription, priced monthly, that follows it.

The Clarity Day
A complete wellbeing strategy, built in one day
The Workplace Wellbeing Clarity Day is a fixed-price, one-day remote strategy session. You arrive with a wellbeing challenge. You leave with a diagnosis, a strategy and a set of deliverables you can put in front of your board.
No retainer. No vague recommendations. No ongoing commitment unless you choose to continue with the platform.
Everything included in the day:
- Pre-work data analysis (absence rates, staff turnover, survey scores, EAP utilisation)
- Full-day remote strategy session (9am to 5pm)
- Root cause diagnosis of your wellbeing challenges
- 90-day wellbeing roadmap, tailored to your organisation
- Board-ready five-slide presentation
- 12-week embedded wellbeing snack schedule with manager scripts
- Measurement framework connecting activity to outcomes
- Video walkthrough of all deliverables, delivered by 5pm
- 60 days' platform access, starting the day after
How the day runs
- 9am to 11am: Diagnosis: reviewing your data and identifying root causes
- 11am to 1pm: Strategy build: designing your interventions
- 1pm to 3pm: Measurement framework: building your reporting structure
- 3pm to 5pm: Handover: producing and delivering your five deliverables
After the Clarity Day
Your 60-day trial, explained
Every Clarity Day includes 60 days of platform access. Here is exactly how it works.
Step 1
Day 1: your trial begins
Your platform access starts the day after your Clarity Day. Your pulse survey, dashboard and reporting tools are ready to use straight away.
Step 2
Days 1 to 60: use everything, decide later
Run your first pulse survey. See your trend dashboard build. Generate your first auto-report. At no point during the trial are you asked to commit to anything.
Step 3
Day 61: your choice
If you want to continue, your first annual invoice is issued on day 61 at your chosen tier. If you do not want to continue, just let us know and nothing is charged. Nothing is billed automatically.
You will receive a reminder email on day 54 with your options. No invoice is issued without prior notice.

Monthly fees are flat within each band. For 350 employees or more, we quote per employee. Annual subscription only. All prices are in GBP. UK business customers: VAT is accounted for under the reverse charge mechanism.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to buy the platform after the Clarity Day?
No. Your 60 days of platform access are included in the Clarity Day price, and you are under no obligation to continue. On day 54 you will receive a reminder with your options. If you do not want to continue, just let us know and nothing is charged. Nothing is billed automatically.
Can I buy the platform without doing a Clarity Day first?
The platform is not sold as a standalone product. It is designed to be used alongside a wellbeing strategy, and the Clarity Day builds that strategy. Without it, the platform is just a dashboard with nothing to measure against. We do not think that serves you well.
What is the minimum contract length for the platform?
Platform subscriptions are annual. There is no monthly rolling option. The annual commitment keeps pricing predictable within your headcount band and allows us to deliver meaningful trend data over time. A single month of data tells you almost nothing. Twelve months tells you a lot.
We have 45 employees. Can we still use the platform?
Essentials and Platform + Strategy start at 50 employees, and Premium starts at 100. If you are close to the 50-employee threshold and expect to grow, get in touch and we can discuss your situation. The Clarity Day itself has no minimum employee count.
Smaller organisations, and those who want to measure before planning, often start with the Well Enough Check for organisations, from Well Enough Life. It gives you an aggregated report and a findings call, from £495.
Is the Clarity Day delivered in person or remotely?
Fully remote. The session runs via video call across the day. All deliverables are digital and arrive in your inbox by 5pm. This keeps the cost fixed and means geography is never a barrier. However, if you want to work together in person this can be arranged with travel costs from Berlin added.
What happens if I need to cancel the Clarity Day?
Full refund up to 48 hours before the session. Within 48 hours, a 50% refund. Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice.
We already have an EAP and a meditation app. Do we need this?
Possibly. An EAP and a meditation app are tools. The Clarity Day gives you a strategy that makes those tools work harder. It tells you why use is low, what to do about it, and how to measure whether the change has worked. The tools do not go away. They get a context that makes them worth the spend.
Can I get a bespoke quote for a larger organisation?
