The Clarity Day is a one-off investment. No ongoing commitment is required after the session. The platform trial gives you 60 days to evaluate whether the platform is the right fit before making any further decision.
The session pays for itself if it prevents a single senior hire from leaving.

Implementation support following a Clarity Day, including two manager workshops, programme rollout support, a communication toolkit, and progress check-ins.
An eligible £350 Clarity Day credit may be applied. Additional manager workshops are priced separately, so the total fee is not capped at the base price.

Monthly fees are flat within each headcount band and billed annually. Essentials and Platform + Strategy start at 50 employees. Premium starts at 100 employees.

Can I buy the platform without a Clarity Day?
No. The platform is designed to measure and support the strategy created during the Clarity Day rather than operate as a disconnected standalone tool.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Platform subscriptions are billed annually. There is no monthly rolling option.
What happens after the 60-day Clarity Day trial?
At the end of the trial, you can choose to begin a platform subscription on any of the three tiers, or simply conclude the engagement. There is no pressure and no automatic billing.
