Free Workplace Wellbeing Diagnostic
The Wellbeing Solved Workplace Wellbeing Diagnostic is a free, 12-question assessment tool for HR professionals and business leaders who want an honest picture of where their organisation stands on employee wellbeing.
Completing the diagnostic takes approximately five minutes. You receive a personalised score across six key dimensions, a radar chart showing your organisation's wellbeing profile, and a summary of where to focus your investment first.
What the Diagnostic Measures
The diagnostic assesses your organisation across six dimensions of workplace wellbeing:
- Strategy and Leadership — Does wellbeing have senior sponsorship? Is there a defined strategy with clear ownership and resource behind it? Or is it a series of unconnected initiatives that vary in quality by manager?
- Measurement and Data — Does your organisation track wellbeing metrics systematically? Do you act on what you find? Most organisations measure absence but few measure the leading indicators that predict it.
- Employee Experience — What tools, resources, and support are available to employees on a daily basis? Is there a meaningful difference between what is communicated in the employee handbook and what is actually accessible day-to-day?
- Manager Capability — Are line managers equipped and confident to support their teams' wellbeing? Manager behaviour is the single biggest determinant of team wellbeing, and the most common gap in organisational wellbeing programmes.
- Workload and Pressure — Is workload sustainable? Are expectations realistic? Are there mechanisms for employees to raise concerns without fear of negative consequences?
- Communication and Culture — Are conversations about mental health and wellbeing normalised in the organisation? Is the psychological safety high enough for employees to ask for help before they reach crisis?
