Data Controller

Wellbeing Solved acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the website and platform. For data processed on behalf of employer clients, we act as a data processor operating under the employer's instructions.

What Data We Collect

• Account information: name and email address.
• Wellbeing data: mood check-ins, assessment responses, journaling content, and platform usage data.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and usage analytics.

Wellbeing data is handled with the highest level of confidentiality. Individual employee data is never shared with employers. HR teams only ever see anonymised aggregate data.

Data Retention

Survey and assessment data is retained for 24 months from the date of collection, then securely deleted.

Third-Party Processors

We use a small number of trusted third-party processors, including Google (for AI-assisted content features) and Lemon Squeezy (for payment processing). All processors are contractually bound to process data only on our instructions and in compliance with UK GDPR.
