You may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal if you decide not to continue using our service for any reason. Refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis, meaning you will be refunded for the unused portion of your subscription or service period.
To request a refund, please contact our support team by emailing [email protected] within the 30-day window. Please include your order details, your full name, and reason for requesting the refund.
Payments are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record, supporting major credit cards. Once your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Refunds are not available beyond the 30-day window. There are no exceptions for refunds after this period.
