We hear you. You're spending money on your employees well-being, which is great by the way, but you're a business and you need to see where your money is being spent. That's fair enough.
So here's what you get.
We offer two apps that are purchased individually to provide you with the most flexibility. One app for the 360 Employee survey tool and another for the Wellness at Work app.
Both apps provide company portals so you can self-manage access and monitor usage. Support is available by email and self-service through knowledgebase apps you also have access to.
For your company's well-being hub. It will be branded with your logo and business name. You will also get access to an analytics tool where you can see how engaged your employees are with your shiny new well-being hub.
So what content is in the hub? Mood tracking, journaling, well-being mini-courses, ambient sounds and even a colour therapy tool.
We also have just started offering a library of short guided meditations, and we'll be adding more over the coming weeks and months.
We plan to introduce on-demand stretching classes to help people feel energised and relieve stiffness and tension. You'll get access to these too!
Content is designed to be both effective and short. This means people can find time in their day to get the benefit of a 5-minute meditation, or a 3-minute breathing exercise. We know your people have work to do as well as look after themselves!
And when you want to see engagement levels with your well-being hub, the analytics tool automatically generates charts and graphs to display employee engagement in your branded hub.
All the charts and graphs are downloadable, so you can put the data into your own reports as you wish.
You will also be able to delete employee access yourselves for when your employees decide to leave your company. Why they would is beyond us when you're supporting their well-being but hey-ho! People huh?
There's very little admin needed on your part, and you don't really even need training.
We'll set up your well-being hub, we just need a copy of your logo and we'll do the rest.
You just need to view your analytics, remove employee access as necessary, and that's about it. Simply log in to the hub, click on a menu and you can easily remove employees and review analytics data. That's all there is to it. We've tried to automate as much as possible for you. Well-being shouldn't be hard work!
To enrol your employees you simply need to send them an email with a link to your well-being hub sign-up page. They just need to provide their name, their email address, and think of a fiendish password, and that's it. They can sign up in seconds.
And when it comes to privacy, we're super strict. You, as an employer, will only ever see aggregated and anonymised data.
Well-being practices often require people to open up their emotions and write down personal thoughts and other sensitive information. That's why even we can't see what your employees write and record on the platform. All data is pseudonymised, so only they can read their personal thoughts and feelings. Sorry, there's no snooping on your employees moods and personal feelings. Actually, we're not sorry about that!
The only other thing you really need to do is show commitment to your employee well-being.
Our services are great, even if we say so ourselves, but if you also commit to promoting well-being at work, you'll reap the rewards of a happier, more productive, and efficient workforce.
Regarding the Employee 360 app, you'll be happy to know that you'll have access to a separate portal! We took the decision to keep the apps separate for privacy reasons.
In the portal, you can create surveys (with a little help from AI in case you need a refresher on your 360 skills). Plus, you’ll be able to manage those surveys easily. You can even send friendly nudges to participants to remind them to complete the surveys and use AI to summarise responses – super handy if you have lots of feedback to sift through!
After that, it’s all about sitting down with the survey subject to discuss the results and their development. And guess what? We have AI to assist you in preparing for that conversation, too!

For all of our paid plans, we will offer free updates and include new "standard" tools. As technology evolves, we may introduce new features or tools that may incur a cost - who knew Ai was going to explode the way it has?

We might offer additional tools and features for free based on implementation costs, but we reserve the right to charge extra fees for access. You will never be automatically enrolled in any "upgraded" plan without your explicit consent.
